In these trying times - as customers stay home and small business owners attempt to stay afloat - the $660 billion Paycheck Protection Program has shown uneven results. With about $120 million in funds still to be claimed, what steps should be taken to ensure that businesses that really need the help are receiving aid, particularly minority-owned businesses that are often overlooked?Â
